One session to experience the magical medicine of the Sonoran desert toad.

The session starts with setting a clear intention. We will take a moment to discuss why you are coming to this medicine, what would you like to get out of this experience, or what are the issues, past trauma, and blockages you want to work on.

PREPARATION

We do a short routine of bodywork to open up different energy channels in the body so that the immense amount of energy that Bufo releases can have a good flow, followed by a breathing exercise that increases the capacity in your lungs and the level of natural DMT in your body.

SESSION

The session begins right after the breathwork, and two facilitators (male and female energy) will be guiding you through the whole experience. We start with a small introduction dose to see how your body responds to the medicine. For some people, this dose is enough, but others are immediately ready to go deeper so we can serve a second, higher dose. We are always there making sure that you're safe and well, but trying to interfere as little as possible with your connection.

CLOSURE AND INTEGRATION

Once you have come back from this experience, we have a small talk to know how you're doing. We try not to extend much as the medicine is still working on you, so the journey continues with a 30-40 minutes reiki session that helps to balance the energy levels in your body, allows you to integrate better the experience, and facilitates grounding. After this, we're ready to share a healthy snack with a fresh herbal infusion and talk more about the session.
